The Elmore and Smith Law Firm, PC has worked with lawyers throughout the United States who have referred cases to our practice. We accept referrals on a variety of basis. The typical referred case is with our office working up the case and directing the flow of the litigation.

Because of the wide variation in working relationships, the fee decision is dictated by the specific relationship that is created.
